- Assignment Description
- We are looking for a Technical Test Engineer / Performance Test Specialist
- What You Will Work On
- Plan, prepare, and execute performance tests across different scenarios
- Develop test cases and test data based on non-functional requirements
- Perform capacity and volume testing
- Analyse test results and identify bottlenecks, deviations, and risks
- Investigate performance issues using test results and system logs
- Verify defined non-functional requirements
Collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure specialists, suppliers, and test teams
- Establish and improve processes for non-functional testing
- Support test planning and follow-up before releases and production deployments
- Document test results and communicate recommendations
- Develop and improve performance testing methods
- Support technical teams with performance-related improvements
- What You Bring
- 3–7 years of experience in technical testing with focus on non-functional testing
- Experience with ERP, logistics, WMS, TMS, and/or supply chain systems
- Strong experience in performance testing within large-scale environments
- Experience with complex cloud and on-premises environments
- Experience with performance/testing tools such as:
- LoadRunner Enterprise SaaS
- LoadRunner Virtual Table Server
- JMeter
- Bruno
- Fiddler
- Wireshark
- Splunk
- Experience with JSON, XML, CSV, and EDIFACT
- Experience with WSO2 Gateway API, REST, Kafka, Infor ION, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP
- Good understanding of integrations, databases, applications, and system architecture
- Strong troubleshooting and transaction analysis skills
- Ability to translate non-functional requirements into concrete test scenarios
- Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- Good collaboration skills with both technical and business teams
- Fluent/good Swedish communication skills
