- We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer
- What You Will Work On
- Design, develop and operate scalable Java backend services
- Build and maintain APIs and microservice-based solutions
- Develop integration and routing services connecting multiple systems
- Work hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Design service-to-service communication and distributed solutions
- Support AI-driven and human-assisted customer service experiences
- Contribute to a standardized data model for unified customer context
- Collaborate with engineering, product and data teams
- Contribute to technical architecture and platform improvements
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, security and observability
- Develop and maintain frontend functionality using React and TypeScript
- Work with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, routing and data fetching
- Develop automated tests using Jest and React Testing Library
- Contribute to integration, component and production-level testing
- Take ownership and independently drive technical work forward
- What You Bring
- Strong professional experience with Java backend development
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong experience designing and developing integrations and APIs
- Good understanding of distributed systems and service-to-service communication
- Experience with routing services or complex integration environments
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience building production-grade applications
- Good understanding of performance, security, observability and accessibility
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing requirements
